Thanks to all those who helped out at all of our camps this summer. We had over 250 kids at our camps. Please take a moment and view this slideshow of pictures from the 2011 OARS football camp when over 20 members of the Navy football team came out to help lead drills and share their testimonies.

Here are the video highlights from our 2009 football camp. We look forward to you joining us this summer for the 2010 OARS camp as we talk about "Blazing the Trail" and get instruction from the top youth and high school coaches as well as the best college players in the area.

Football Camp
Dates & Time: Sunday, July 18 - Wednesday, July 21; 6pm - 8pm.
Location: Riva Trace Baptist Church (475 W. Central Ave., Davidsonville, MD)
Who Can Attend: Boys & girls, ages 5 - 13. No previous football experience
needed. Limited space is available so sign up quickly.
Details: Campers will receive instruction in the basics of football and life from
some of the area’s most experienced youth coaches. No equipment is needed.
Campers should bring sneakers with them each day (in case weather forces us to
move into the gym) in addition to whatever footwear they are wearing for outside.
Our goal is for every camper to have an enjoyable and safe experience, improve
their football skills, and end the week loving the game of football and God more.
This camp is coordinated by John Mandish and supported by many local coaches.
Past coaches have included South River high school head coach, Steve Erxleben,
Navy All-American linebacker, Ross Pospisil and quarterback, Ricky Dobbs.
Cost: $75 per child, and includes camp t-shirt and water bottle. Scholarships are
available for anyone who needs them.

Back for a second year, OARS football campers will receive instruction in the basics of football from some of the area’s most experienced youth coaches as well undergoing speed and agility training from some of the best local trainers.  No equipment is needed. Campers should bring sneakers with them each day (in case weather forces us to move into the gym) in addition to their outdoor footwear.
